The Department of Medical Surgical Nursing provides courses related to adult nursing as well as advanced nursing practice for undergraduate, post-graduate and diploma in nursing students. The department helps the students to develop knowledge, skills and clinical competence in health care settings. The Medical Surgical Nursing Department has conducted various activities as a part of curricular & co-curricular requirements in collaboration with multispecialty hospital.

Medical surgical nursing represent the largest area of clinical experience in the curriculum. Our laboratory equipped with all the necessary equipment like cardiac resuscitation manquine, oxygen cylinder and all advanced equipments to meet the need of the students in clinical area.
A procedure manual and dummy case sheet is maintained in the lab.
